dc.description.abstract Colophon reads "Imprinted at London in Fleetestreate at the signe of the Faulcon by Henry Middleton, for Christopher Barker. Anno Domini. 1575.". A later state (STC 11643) has N1 in a different setting; Middleton is identified only by his initials, and errata are printed below the colophon. Signatures: A⁴ ² A-M⁴ N² (-N2). The first leaf is blank. Running title reads: The glasse of gouernment. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
