Abstract

Colophon reads "Imprinted at London in Fleetestreate at the signe of the Faulcon by Henry Middleton, for Christopher Barker. Anno Domini. 1575.". A later state (STC 11643) has N1 in a different setting; Middleton is identified only by his initials, and errata are printed below the colophon. Signatures: A⁴ ² A-M⁴ N² (-N2).
