"Persuaded of the utility this Censor may be of, if extensively read, the editor has printed a double edition of it ..."--p. [3]. Also issued as part of: Cobbett, William. Porcupine's works. Vol. II. Philadelphia : Cobbett, [1797] (Evans 30233 and 31948). Two states of gathering L noted. In one (Gaines 25b), L1 is missigned K. In the other (Gaines 25a) it is signed L.
