On the 26th ultimo a Committee of six Friends, by appointment, waited on the President of the Executive Council, and the Speaker of the General Assembly, with copies of the following representation ... "Signed in and on behalf of a meeting of the Representatives of the said people, held in Philadelphia, the 22d day of the 11th month, 1781."--p. 8. Imprint from colophon.
