dc.description.abstract Because the printers' name is spelled Lichfeild instead of Lichfield, "it seems likely that the King's Printers printed [this], perhaps at Oxford on a press sent down from London"--cf. Madan, III, 2731. "Given at our court at Oxford the 8th day of January, 1665. in the Seventeenth Year of Our Reign.". Years are given according to Lady Day dating.
