A reissue or reprinting of "The resolution and remonstrance of the Navie, to the supream power of England, the Commons assembled in Parliament, and to his Excellency, the Lord Generall Fairfax; with the Honourable Councell of the Army". The title page is probably a cancel; B3v and B4 are in a different setting, incorporating the proclamation. Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
