dc.description.abstract In verse. With an additional title page, engraved, "Witts recreations", signed: W. Marshall sculpsit. Signatures: pi² [A]⁴ B-L M⁴ 2A-2C; A-D E⁴. "Outlandish proverbs, selected by Mr. G.H." (i.e. George Herbert) has separate dated title page with imprint "London, printed by T[homas]. P[aine]. for Humphrey Blunden ..". It was also issued separately. Printers' names from STC. The last leaf is blank. Reproduction of the original in the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign Campus). Library.
