The translation is sometimes erroneously attributed to Richard White of Basingstoke, who died in 1611. Identification of printer from STC. With two final contents leaves. Reproduction of the original in the Union Theological Seminary (New York, N.Y.). Library. Tightly bound with loss of print; some pages stained, cropped, creased. Beginning to page 45 and 270 to end from the British Library copy spliced at end.
