dc.description.abstract Printers' names from STC. Signatures: A-I⁴ (-I1, +[fleuron]-3[fleuron]⁴) K-Z⁴ 2A-2G⁴ [par.]² 2H-2M⁴. The first leaf and the last leaf are blank. "Of honor and honorable quarrels" has separate title page with imprint "London, printed by Iohn VVolfe. 1594"; register is continuous. It is largely a translation of: Muzio, Girolamo. Il duello. Another issue, with cancel title page, of the edition with imprint "London printed by John Wolfe. 1595" but actually printed by Thomas Scarlet (STC 21788). The cancel title is printed by Joan Orwin (STC). Quires [fleuron]-3[fleuron] are indented to cancel I1, but the latter is often present. Leaqf 21 misnumbered 17. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
