Only 50 copies were printed; all copies known are signed by the author, and most are dated by hand "1599". Identified as STC 17929+ on UMI microfilm reel 421, and as STC 17929++ on reel 1178. Reproductions of the originals in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery and the Bodleian Library. Appears at reels 421 (Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery copy) and 1178 (Bodleian Library copy).
