According to a note on p. 4: "The printer thro' mistake, haste, and not having any one at that juncture to compare the copy with the proof, left out the following words in page 2. after line 39. in a former impression ... Those few wrong ones dispos'd of, will be chang'd by the printer, if desir'd." No copy of the first impression is known.
