Abstract

Second in a series of miscellanies published by Tonson, 1684-1709, containing many contributions by Dryden, Addison, Pope and Prior. The first appeared as "Miscellany poems" the 5 later volumes under various titles. The present volume contains translations from Virgil. Lucretius, Theocritus and Horace, mainly by Dryden, and a long preface by him. Errata on p. [2] at end. Reproduction of original in Harvard University Libraries.
