dc.description.abstract Variously attributed to Dudley Fenner and to William Stoughton; sometimes also attributed to Henry Jacob. An answer to: Cosin, Richard. An answer to the two first and principall treatises of a certeine factious libell, put foorth latelie, without name of author or printer, and without approbation by authoritie, under the title of An abstract of certeine acts of Parlement: of certeine hir Majesties canons, &c. Publication date from STC. The last three leaves are blank. Running title reads: Of the certaine forme of ecclesiasticall gouernment. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
