<p>THE SEVERAL Assemblies of NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA and 
VIRGINIA, having referred to the Congress a resolution of 
the House of Commons of GREAT BRITAIN, which resolution is 
in these words, viz.

the General Council and Assembly, or General Court of any of
