<p>IN CONGRESS
<p>THE SEVERAL Assemblies of NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA and
VIRGINIA, having referred to the Congress a resolution of
the House of Commons of GREAT BRITAIN, which resolution is
in these words, viz.
