  The declaration and proposals of the citizens of London concerning the Lord Generall Fairfax, and the armies entring, and quartering within the vvals of the said city; and the promise and protestation of the Common-Councell thereupou [sic]. With the answer and resolution of His Excellency to the said declaration and proposals; sent to the Right Honorable, the Lord Major, and court of aldermen. With the armies appeal from the Parliament to the kingdom, and a letter from the Parliament to the Lord Generall. A full relation touching Col. Hamond, and other passages in the Isle of Wight. The originall papers were read, and this is published for generall satisfaction to the kingdom.

Together with their last proposals to both Houses of Parliament, and a letter from his Excellency and the Army, read in both Houses of Parliament upon Satturday [sic] last, and communicated to the Lord Major, Aldermen, and Common-Councell of the City of London. By the appointment of his Excellency Sir Tho: Fairfax, and the Generall Councell of the Army, this declaration, together with proposals, were sent to the Commissioners of Lords and Commons residing with the Army, to be presented to both Houses of Parliament, and read upon Saturday last, Septemb. 18. 1647.
