And His Majesites declaration concerning the Marquis of Ormonds negotiation in Ireland. Also the votes of both Houses of Parliament, in answer to His Majesties message. With a letter to the commissioners in the Isle of Wight which passed both Houses on Saturday last being the 4th of November 1648.
