  A declaration of the proceedings of His Highnesse the Prince of Wales, and the Marquis of Newcaslte, concerning their comming from Callice to Dunkirk and from thence to Barwick in the North of England, with an Army, for the defence and preservation of the Kings Majesties Royall Person, and to joyn with Sir Marmaduke Langdale.
