    The laws and acts of the second Parliament, of our most high and dread soveraign, Charles the Second by the grace of God, King of Scotland, England, France and Ireland, defender of the faith begun at Edinburgh, the 19. of October, 1669. By a noble Earl, John Earl of Lauderdail, Viscount Maitland, Lord Thirlestane, and Bolton, &c. His Majesties Commissioner for holding the same, by vertue of a commission under His Majesties Great Seal of this kingdom: with the special advice and consent of the Estates of Parliament.
