    The Kings Maiesties intention concerning the setting up of his standard, and levying of warre against both Houses of Parliament wherein he declares his full resolution therein to both the said houses : likewise the resolution of the lords that are now resident with His Majesty : also the parliaments desires to all His Majesties loving subjects, for a meet concurrence with them, to maintain the peace of these kingdoms.
