    A letter from Newcastle of the Commissioners their message delivered to the King; and their debates with the Scots Commissioners. And how the Scots have quit the city and garrison of Durham; and the garrisons of Hartlepoole and Stockton, and Major General Skippon possessed thereof, on Tuesday last, Jan. 26. 1646.
