Declaring 1 That the people are under God the originall of all just power. 2 That the Commons of England in Parliament assembled being chosen by, and representing the people, have the supream power in this nation. 3 That whatsoever is enacted or declared for law by the house of Commons assembled in Parliament, hath the force of law. And all the people of this nation are concluded thereby: although the consent and concurrence of the King or House of Peers, bee not had thereunto. And a copy of the covenant between the Kings of England and the people, at their coronation.
