By a noble Earl, John Earl of Lauderdail, Viscount Maitland, Lord Thirlestane, and Bolton, &c. Extracted from the records of Parliament, be Sir Archibald Primerose of Chester, knight and barronet, clerk to His Majesties Council, Registers and Rolls.
