THE People concerned in the Debt due for Transport Service for the Reduction of Ireland in the Year, 1689, &c. understa [...]ding by the Votes of this Honourable [...]ouse, That this Day is appointed to consider that part of the King's Speech that relates to the said Debt.

And the said People having waited till Ways and Means for the Nation's Affairs are in a great measure provided for, they do now most humbly beseech this Honour­able House to Commiserate their Condi­tion, as His Majesty hath been graciously pleased to recommend it to your Honours for Relief.
