⟨Order of y e Lords.⟩

THe Lords Spiritual and Temporal in the High Court of Parliament assembled, do hereby require every Mem­ber of this House not to grant any Protection or Pro­tections (during this present Session of Parliament) to any person or persons, that are not, or shall not be their Lordships menial Servants, or persons necessarily and properly employed about their Estates: And in case any such be granted by any Member of this House, that he do presently revoke the same: Of all which this House will expect a strict Account. And that all persons that have presumed, or shall pre­sume to counterfeit the Protection of any Peer of this Realm, shall be se­verely punished.

ORdered by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament As­sembled, That this Order be forthwith Printed and Published.
