BY Vertue of an ordinance of Both Houses, of the 27 of October, 1643. whereby [...] is to bee levyed by way of Loane in the County of [...] for the better inabling of our Brethren the Scots, for our assistance, we doe in pursuance thereof, and according to the powers de­rived unto us, Assesse you to lend the summe of [...] to be paid within eight dayes unto [...] at [...] whose Acquittance for the same being subsigned and en­tered as is directed, shall be sufficient for you to receive the said summe, with the Vse for the forbearance thereof, at the rate of eight pound per centum, per annum, according to the true intent of the said Ordinance.
