To all our Officers, Ministers and subiects of our Realme of Ireland, or [...] our Dominions, and to all others whome it may concerne, Greetinge. Whereas our [...]oyall Father of euer blessed memorie by letters Pattents vnder the greate seale of England, [...]nstitute and appointe our right trustie and right entirelie beloued Cussin JAMES [...]QVES OF ORMOND &c. to be his Lieutenant Generall and Generall Gouernour Realme of Ireland, giuing vnto him all the powers and rights which belonged to that office or anie other Lieutenant Generall or Cheefe Gouernour or Gouernours of that Kingdome had [...]yed. And whereas aswell our said Father, as wee our selues, while we were Prince, did latelie and confirme vnto the said Marques all the said powers and rights. Now wee doe heereby [...] and declare, that wee doe fullie ratifie and confirme all and whatsoeuer the said Marques hath [...] vertue or pretext of any of the praemisses and accordinge to the tenor therof. And that wee [...]gaine constituted and appointed our said right trustie and right interilie beloued Cussin [...] MARQVES OF ORMOND, to be our Lieutenant Generall and Generall [...]mour of our said Realme of Ireland, and wee haue geuen vnto him all the powers, authorities, [...]ctions, preheminences, dignities, profits and aduantages belonginge or reputed to belonge [...]aid office, or which any orher Lieutenant Generall or Cheefe Gouernor or Gouernors Kingdome hath heere to fore had or enioyed, And heereof wee require all our Officers, [...] and subiects of that Kingdome or of any others our Dominions, to take due notice and to [...] our said Lieutenant, all the honor and obedience due and belonging to our Lieutenant all of the said Kingdome, as they will answer the contrarie at their perills.
