❧ A Proclamation for the attendance of the Members in both Houses in Parliament.

HIs most Excellent MAjESTIE having summoned this pre­sent Parliament, in His princely care of the good and welfare of His loving Subjects; In the continuance of the same care doth with advice of His Privie Councell, by this His Royall Proclamation declare His Royall Will and Pleasure to be; That all the Members of both Houses of Parliament do re­pair to the Parliament at Westminster, at, or before the twelfth of January next, and give their due, and diligent attendance in Par­liament: To the end that this Kingdom may fully enjoy the benefit, and happinesse which His Majestie intendeth unto them by Summoning, and continuing of this Parliament: And of this His Majesties Will and Command they are to take notice by this His Procla­mation, and to give a just observance thereunto, upon such pains, and penalties as by Law, and Iustice may be inflicted upon them.
