The Earl Marshal's ORDER For going into Second MOURNING.

HIS Majesty having declared His Resolution of going into Second Mourning upon New-Years-day next, but to continue His Coaches and Li­veries in Mourning, as they now are, till His Voyage to Flanders; I thought fit to give this Publick Notice thereof, that every one in their respective Degrees and Quali­ties, may conform themselves thereunto.

Gi­ven under my Hand this 27th day of Decem­ber 1695. In the 7th Year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord King William the Third, over England, &c.
