ACT Taking off the Restraint put upon the Export, and Discharging the Import of Victual into this Kingdom.

FOrasmuch as the Lords of His Majesties Privy Council, hav­ing by their Act and Proclamation of the twenty fifth day of May last bypast, Prohibited and Discharged the Exporting of any Victual furth of this Kingdom, until further Order, for the Reasons therein mentioned; and by another Act of the same date al­lowed the Commissaries for the Army to import from Ireland five thou­sand Bolls of Meal. And the Council now finding it convenient that the said Restraint should be taken off, and the Importing of the said Meal or any other Victual from Abroad be Discharged. They therefore hereby Warrand and Allow the Exporting of all Grains of Victual furth of this King­dom to any Place Abroad, notwithstanding of the said Prohibition. And further, Do hereby strictly Prohibite and Discharge the Importing of the said five thousand Bolls of Meal from Ireland, or any Victual from any other Place Abroad to this Kingdom, under the Pains and Cer­tifications contained in the Laws and Acts of Parliament made there­anent. And Ordains all Collectors, Waiters, and Customers to see these Presents punctually Obeyed, as they will answer at their Peril. And the same to be Printed and Published, that none pretend Igno­rance.
