THe Lords of His Majesties Privy Council Conside­ring, that their Allowance and Licence for Im­porting Victual and Corns of all Sorts from For­raign Countries into this Kingdom, and that free of Custom, Excise, or Imposition, does expire upon the first day of October next to come; Do therefore hereby Prorogat and Continue the foresaid Licence, in the haill Points and Articles thereof, until the second Tuesday of Novem­ber next inclusivè: And Ordains thir Presents to be Printed and Published at the Mercat Cross of Edinburgh, and other Places needful.
