AN ACT Establishing the POVVERS OF Lord Admiral of England, and Lord VVarden of the Cinque Ports, UPON THE COUNCEL of STATE.

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament, and by the Authority thereof, That the Councel of State appointed by Authority of Parlia­ment for the year ensuing, shall have and ex­ercise all such Power, Iurisdiction and Au­thority, and are hereby authorized and enabled to do and execute all such things as pertain to the Office of Lord Admiral of England, and Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports, and all such other Powers and Authorities as were vested in the Councel of State for the year past, by force of an Act of Parliament, Entituled, An Act Repealing the Powers formerly given to the Lord Admiral, and transferring it to the Councel of State. Provided, That this Act do continue and stand in force until the First day of July, One thousand six hundred fifty and one.

ORdered by the Parliament, That this Act be forthwith printed and published.
