Resolved and Declared by the Commons Assembled in Parliament,

THat the Priviledge of this House, in Point of Protection from Arrests, doth belong to the Members of this House, and their Menial servants onely, and to the Officers attending the service of this House; And that all Protections in Write­ing, granted by any Member of this House, to any Person whatsoever, be forthwith called in, and are hereby Declared to be Null and Void. And all Persons whom this may concern, are required, upon all occasions, to take notice of the Priviledge belonging to the Members of this House, and their Menial servants, and to the Officers attending the service of this House, at their Perill.

REsolved, That this Order be forthwith Printed and Published.
