THe Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament do De­clare, That by reason of the extraordinary and important affairs of the Kingdom, there will be no proceedings this next Easter-Term, in the Ordinary Courts of Law or Equi­ty at Westminster, until Quinque Pasche, being the twenty eighth of this instant May: And that there will be no trials at the Bars in Westminster this next Easter-Term, of which the Peo­ple of England and Wales are to take notice.

ORdered by the Commons assembled in Parliament, That this Declaration be forthwith Printed and Published.
