AN ACT For taking away FINES UPON Bills, Declarations and Original Writs.

BE it Enacted by this present Parliament, and the Authority of the same, That from and after the Fifth day of August, One thousand six hundred fifty and three, no Fines shall be taken upon Bills, Declarations, or Original Writs; but such Writs shall be from thenceforth issued, and such Bills and Declarations admitted and Filed, without taking any Fine.

ORdered by the Parliament, That this Act be forthwith Printed and Published.
