AN ACT For continuing
John Bradshaw Sergeant at Law, Chancellor of the Dutchy and County Palatine of
Lancaster, and
Bartholomew Hall Esq; Attorney General of the Dutchy of
Lancaster, and for continuing the Jurisdictions of the said Dutchy and County Palatine of
Lancaster.
WHereas there is an Act of this present Parliament, Entituled, An Act for the making of John Bradshaw Sergeant at Law, Chancellor of the Dutchy and County Palatine of Lancaster, and for authorizing the said Chancellor to pass a Patent for constituting of Bartholomew Hall Esq; Attorney-General for the Dutchy of Lancaster: Now for continuance thereof, and of the Iurisdictions of the said Dutchy and County Palatine of Lancaster; Be it Enacted by this present Parliament, and by the Authority thereof, That all the Offices, Places, Powers, Iurisdictions and Authorities thereby given unto the said John Bradshaw, and the said Bartholomew Hall therein named; as also the Iurisdictions of the said Dutchy and County Palatine, be continued until the First day of January, One thousand six hundred fifty and two, Any Act or Order to the contrary notwithstanding.
