Resolved, &c.
THat the Court of Wards and Liveries, and all Wardships, Liveries, Primer Seisins, Ousterle-Mains, and other charges whatsoever, growing for or by reason of any Wardship of Body or Lands, either of His Majestie, His Heires, or Successors, or of any other Lord or Lords, and of all Tenures, from whence the same doe arise, shall be taken away.

THat in lieu and recompence thereof, there shall be charged and raised upon the Kingdom of Eng­land and Dominion of Wales, the yeerly summe of one hundred thousand pounds, to be disposed of by both Houses of Parliament:

THat this House doth Declare and Order, That the Court of Wards shall proceed as formerly in the mean time concerning Wardships, untill an Or­dinance for taking away the said Court shall be perfe­cted and completed.
