A PROCLAMATION For further Proroguing the Parliament.
WHereas at Our last Session of Parliament, We Prorogued the same until the One and twentieth day of June then next coming, and now near at hand; We by the Advice of Our Privy Council, for divers weighty reasons Vs especially moving, Do hereby Publish and Declare Our Royal Will and Pleasure, That the same Parliament shall be again Prorogued from the said One and twentieth day of June, unto a further time, which shall be by Vs prefixed and appointed at the actual Prorogation thereof; Whereof the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, Knights, CitiĀzens and Burgesses, and all others whom it may concern, may hereby take notice, and order their affairs accordingly.
Given at Our Court at Whitehall the Twenty Fourth day of May, 1665. in the Seventeenth year of Our Reign.
